Hello there Fair Gamers! Halloween is just around the corner and we wanted to get your input on your favorite spooky games to play around the holiday. Thank you so much for all the responses we got, they were undeniably spooktacular!

The results are in! Here are the five top SPOOKY games that YOU chose!
1. Zombies Ate My Neighbors
This action shooter from Lucasarts is jam-packed with some classic zombie killing fun! Due to an event that isn't specified, there are a multitude of zombies running around in a suburban setting. You are playing as the role of Zeke or Julie, armed with weapons such as a bazooka, soda cans, and even... tomatoes to save your neighbors! It sounds pretty great to me that you start out with a squirt gun full of holy water and manage to survive a zombie apocalypse!

2. Super Ghouls and Ghosts (In stock!)
This game seemed to be chosen with lots of excitement! Originally released in '91 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, it is known for it's difficulty. You play the game as knight Sir Arthur on his quest to save the beloved Princess Guinevere from the demon-king Sardius. In this spooky game you are armed with a variety of weapons to get through the 8 stages of the game, starting with the lance, crossbows and tri-blades. If you get through the game, you have access to the Goddess' Bracelet as well.

3. Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly
From everything I've read about this game, and from our fans on Facebook... it seems to be the scariest. You follow the twin sisters Mio and Mayu along their journey the escape from the abandoned village. Using the camera obscura they are able to capture photos of the ghosts to exercise the spirits. Definitely necessary to keep a light on while you're playing this one!

4. Castlevania (In stock!)

This is a 3D horror action-adventure produced by Konami for the Nintendo 64 in 1987. As the gameplay starts you are the might vampire hunter Simon Belmont in the year 1692 that has to make his way through the castle to defeat Count Dracula. Your primary weapon is the Vampire Killer, that is your leather whip that can later be upgraded. This franchise is a classic that you would definitely be missing out on if you haven't played them!

5. Resident Evil (In stock!)
This survival horror game was first released in 1996 for Sony PlayStation and the good ole Sega Saturn. I know we had someone comment about the video game Sweet Home which actually invented the name "survival horror" and Resident Evil simply made the term and genre even more popular. Our finally creeptastic game is a third person combat game that allows you to explore and solve puzzles. Although you're traditionally following the main plot, you are allowed to interact with a lot of the mansion in the beginning allowing you to move along in whichever order you please when you unlock the necessary key items.
